The Regional Safety, Environmental, Health and Security Administrator is responsible for implementation of comprehensive safety, environmental, health and security compliance programs inclusive of all operations and in strict compliance with federal, state and local regulations and corporate policies, doctrines and procedures. This position works closely with the Safety, Environmental, Health and Security Manager on steady state issues and on oil spills. In the event of an oil spill, the Regional Safety, Environmental, Health and Security Administrator will be the responsible safety, environmental, health and security compliance supervisor for MSRC personnel and resources in their corresponding region. This position must maintain a positive state of readiness by wearing a pager 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Qualifications include five to seven years of experience in oil spill activities and/or relevant training, safety, health and environmental compliance positions. A Bachelor's degree and certified safety credentials are highly desirable. Must be available for travel within the assigned geographical areas of the Eastern Region and elsewhere. Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable Accountant and overseeing the entire Accounts Payable function, and other accounting duties and projects as assigned.  This position is responsible for the payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers; maintains vendor records and researches vendor inquiries.  The Accounts Payable Supervisor is also responsible for preparation of 1099s at year-end.

The Response Supervisor is responsible for providing effective and efficient spill response services using all available resources and ensuring customer satisfaction.
